F3) Welche Prognosen für die ganze Saison werden weltweit herausgegeben?
Derzeit werden für die einzelnen Seegebiete zahlreiche verschiedene Vorhersagen für die gesamte Saison herausgegeben. Einige davon sind ganz neu, während die älteste und bekannteste (von Prof. Bill Gray von der Universität in Colorado) bereits seit zwei Jahrzehnten herausgegeben wird.
